Bose AE2:

Without great headphones any good quality recording is useless. It is a must that you have good quality headphones for court reporting. And Bose AE2 provides you with just that, it’s great sound quality is a treat for the ears, along with that it is even light in weight such that you can wear them for hours.

For such situations a USB power strip comes in handy as a second power source to charge small gadgets such as digitals records, MP3 players and your cell phone. Get a USB converter to charge you different gadgets along with the power strip that can fit in your bag and you are good to go.

A wireless mouse is better than a wired one and definitely better than a track-pad. To make the reporting more seamless you definitely need Logitech’s M305, very handy and comfortable for even very long durations.
